To add someone as a project member:
- Open a project
- Click on the Project Menu in the top left of the page
- Select Invite members... from the dropdown menu
- Add users to either the project owners or project members section
- Project Owners. Project owners are allowed to invite members, manage project settings, save this project as a template and delete & archive this project. They furthermore are allowed to modify all tasks in the project.
- Project Members. Project members do not have access to the project settings. They can create new tasks and manage the tasks that are assigned to them.
- Click Save Settings to confirm
All project members will receive an invitation email for the project. The invitation email contains a direct link to the project.
