Inviting Project Members

Doing a project on your own is not that fun. Start inviting your project members to start collaborating on your next project.

To add someone as a project member:
  • Open a project
  • Click on the Project Menu in the top left of the page
  • Select Invite members... from the dropdown menu

  • Add users to either the project owners or project members section
  • Project Owners. Project owners are allowed to invite members, manage project settings, save this project as a template and delete & archive this project. They furthermore are allowed to modify all tasks in the project.
  • Project Members. Project members do not have access to the project settings. They can create new tasks and manage the tasks that are assigned to them.
  • Click Save Settings to confirm


All project members will receive an invitation email for the project. The invitation email contains a direct link to the project.
