Attachments

Attachments are not only restricted to documents, you can attach other types of content to tasks as well. We currently support the following content types as attachment:
  • Documents. Attach a document to share additional information with your team members.
  • Calendar Events. Share meeting details from your calendar with your team members.
  • Contacts. Share a contact from your personal address book with your team members instead of copy-pasting the contact details in the task description or comments.

Add an Attachment


To add an attachment:
  • Click the Add attachment button on the task pane
  • Select a source from the left column
  • Computer. Upload a file from your local computer.
  • OneDrive for Business. Select a file from your OneDrive for Business. Note that this option is only available if you sign in with an Office 365 account.
  • Outlook Calendar. Select a meeting from your personal Outlook calendar. Note that this option is only available if you sign in with an Office 365 account.
  • Outlook Contacts. Select a contact from your personal Outlook contacts list. Note that this option is only available if you sign in with an Office 365 account.
  • Google Drive. Select a file from your Google Drive.
  • Google Calendar. Select a meeting from your Google calendar.
  • Google Contacts. Select a contact from your Google contacts.

  • Navigate to the item you want to attach. Use the search functionality to quickly locate your item.
  • Click Select to attach your item.

Remove an Attachment


To remove an attachment:
  • Hover over the attachment on the task pane
  • Click the X button that appears right to the attachment
  • The attachment gets removed.
